Mokan Cleaning
At Mokan Cleaning, we value your time and our team’s time. To provide reliable, scheduled service for all clients, we require a booking deposit and advance notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. This policy ensures fairness, protects our technicians’ schedules, and allows us to continue delivering high-quality service.
Booking Deposit Requirement
• A non-refundable $50 booking deposit is required to secure all cleaning appointments.
• The deposit reserves your service date and covers administrative and scheduling costs.
• This deposit will be applied toward your total service balance on the day of your appointment.
• Appointments are not considered confirmed until the deposit has been received.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We understand that plans can change. To avoid fees, please provide sufficient notice.
More than 24 Hours Notice
• Cancellations or rescheduling requests made more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will not incur additional fees.
• Your $50 deposit will be retained as a scheduling fee but may be transferred one time to a new appointment if rescheduled within 30 days.
Less than 24 Hours Notice
• Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in a fee equal to 50% of the total scheduled service cost.
• The $50 deposit will be applied toward this fee, and any remaining balance will be charged to the payment method on file.
Same-Day Cancellation
• Same-day cancellations will result in a fee equal to 75% of the total scheduled service cost.
• The deposit will be applied toward this amount, and the remaining balance will be charged.
No-Show or Failure to Provide Access
• If our team arrives and is unable to access the property, or if the appointment is missed without notice, it will be considered a No-Show.
• No-Shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost.
• Future appointments may require full prepayment.
Lockouts & Access Issues
Clients are responsible for ensuring access to the property at the scheduled time. If entry cannot be gained within 15 minutes of arrival, the appointment may be canceled and treated as a Same-Day Cancellation or No-Show.
Late Arrival Policy
If Mokan Cleaning is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances (traffic, weather, prior appointment delays), we will notify you as soon as possible. This will not result in any additional charges to you.
Deposit & Fee Authorization
By booking with Mokan Cleaning, you authorize Mokan Cleaning to charge the provided payment method for:
• The $50 booking deposit
• Any applicable cancellation, late cancellation, or no-show fees
• Remaining balances for completed services
Exceptions
We understand emergencies happen. Fee exceptions may be considered at Mokan Cleaning’s sole discretion for verified emergencies, severe weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
Agreement
By scheduling service with Mokan Cleaning, you acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation & Booking Policy.
