At Mokan Cleaning, we are committed to delivering high-quality, professional cleaning services and ensuring customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines how deposits, payments, refunds, and service-related concerns are handled.
Booking Deposit
A $50 booking deposit is required to secure all cleaning appointments. This deposit is applied toward the total cost of your scheduled service.
The booking deposit is non-refundable, as it covers administrative costs, scheduling, and reserving your appointment time. However, the deposit may be transferred one time to a rescheduled appointment if proper notice is provided in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.
Completed Services
Due to the nature of cleaning services, refunds are not provided for services that have been completed, except in cases where MoKan Cleaning determines that the service was not performed according to our quality standards.
If you are dissatisfied with your service, you must notify MoKan Cleaning within 24 hours of the service completion. We may, at our discretion, offer one of the following:

A re-clean of the affected area at no additional cost

A partial refund
-
A service credit toward a future cleaning
Refunds or credits will only be issued after the concern has been reviewed and verified.
Cancellations and Refund Eligibility
Refund eligibility depends on the timing of the cancellation:

More than 24 hours before appointment: No additional charges apply. The $50 deposit remains non-refundable but may be transferred once to a future appointment.

Less than 24 hours before appointment: The deposit will be retained, and additional cancellation fees may apply in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.

Same-day cancellation or no-show: No refunds will be issued, and applicable fees may be charged.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

Failure to provide access to the property at the scheduled time

Inaccurate or incomplete service details provided at booking

Pre-existing damage, staining, or permanent conditions that cannot be improved through cleaning

Services completed as agreed

Delays or limitations caused by unsafe conditions, utilities issues, or factors outside our control
Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
By booking services with Mokan Cleaning, you agree to contact us directly to resolve any concerns before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.
Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in:

Immediate suspension of future services

Collection actions for unpaid balances

Additional administrative and processing fees where permitted by law

Mokan Cleaning stands behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue promptly and fairly.
Policy Agreement
By scheduling and receiving services from Mokan Cleaning, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy and all related service terms.
