Mokan Cleaning

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Mokan Cleaning website and services. By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Provided

Mokan Cleaning provides residential and commercial cleaning services, including but not limited to:

  • Standard cleaning

  • Deep cleaning

  • Move-in and move-out cleaning

  • Recurring cleaning services

  • Commercial cleaning

  • Post-construction cleaning

Services are provided based on the details agreed upon at the time of booking.

2. Booking and Scheduling

All appointments must be scheduled in advance through our website, phone, email, or other approved booking methods.

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit is applied toward your total service cost.

Appointments are not guaranteed until the deposit is received and confirmation is provided.

3. Payments

Payment is due at the time of service completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept approved payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and other electronic payment options.

By providing payment information, you authorize Mokan Cleaning to charge your payment method for:

  • Scheduled cleaning services

  • Deposits

  • Cancellation fees

  • No-show fees

  • Any applicable balances owed

Failure to submit payment may result in cancellation of future services.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments subject to our Cancellation Policy.

  • The $50 deposit is non-refundable

  • Late cancellations may result in additional fees

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged up to 100% of the service cost

5. Access to Property

Clients must provide safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled appointment time.

If our team is unable to access the property, the appointment may be canceled, and applicable fees may be charged.

Mokan Cleaning is not responsible for delays caused by lack of access.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate booking information

  • Ensure safe working conditions

  • Secure pets or inform us of their presence

  • Inform us of any hazards, fragile items, or special instructions

Mokan Cleaning reserves the right to refuse or stop service if conditions are unsafe or inappropriate.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

Mokan Cleaning strives to provide high-quality service. If you are dissatisfied, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion.

We may, at our discretion:

  • Re-clean the affected area

  • Provide a service credit

  • Offer a partial refund

Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated case-by-case.

8. Limitations of Liability

Mokan Cleaning is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by faulty or unstable fixtures

  • Damage resulting from inaccurate or incomplete service instructions

  • Loss or damage not reported within 24 hours

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.

9. Website Use

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the property of Mokan Cleaning and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

Unauthorized use of this website may result in legal action.

10. Privacy

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your personal information.

11. Refusal of Service

Mokan Cleaning reserves the right to refuse or terminate service at any time for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Unsafe conditions

  • Harassment or inappropriate behavior

  • Non-payment

  • Violation of these Terms

12. Changes to Terms

Mokan Cleaning reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

Updated Terms will be posted on this page with the effective date.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri.
